World No. 4 at the Gonet Geneva Open

Following in the footsteps of Casper Ruud, another Grand Slam finalist will be playing at the Gonet Geneva Open at the Parc des Eaux-Vives from May 17 to 24. World No. 4 and last year’s US Open finalist, Taylor Fritz returns to Geneva for the third time.

Semi-finalist at the Gonet Geneva Open in 2023, the 27-year-old Californian is one of the most spectacular players on Tour. His attacking tennis, based on a powerful serve and forehand, has taken him to the very top. He has 8 titles to his name, including the Indian Wells Masters 1000 in 2022. In 2024, he also reached the final of the Turin Masters.

Over the years, Taylor Fritz has tamed the clay. Finalist last year in Munich, he has already reached the semi-finals of the Monte Carlo and Madrid Masters 1000 tournaments. In Geneva, he knows he’ll find ideal conditions to develop his game in the hope of becoming the second American to win at the Parc des Eaux-Vives 41 years after Aaron Krickstein.
