Grigor Dimitrov at the Gonet Geneva Open

Following in the footsteps of three-time winner Casper Ruud, another top player has confirmed his participation at the tenth edition of the Gonet Geneva Open, which will take place from May 17 to 24. World No. 15 Grigor Dimitrov will be playing in the enchanting Parc des Eaux-Vives for the fourth time.

Finalist at the Gonet Geneva Open in 2023 against Nicolas Jarry, the former world no. 3 is one of the most popular players on the Tour. The purity of his backhand and the classicism of his game have always delighted the public. Grigor Dimitrov has also forged a special relationship with Geneva. In 2010, he won the Challenger organized by TC Drizia-Miremont at the age of 19 and ranked 285th in the world.

Since that first success, Grigor Dimitrov has built up an impressive record of 9 titles, including the 2017 Masters in London and the Cincinnati Masters 1000 the same year. He has also reached three Grand Slam semi-finals, at Wimbledon in 2014, at the Australian Open in 2017 and at the US Open in 2019.
